PM Imran Khan forms committee to investigate into Broadsheet issue

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday formed a committee to investigate into the Broadsheet issue.

Addressing a meeting of the party spokesmen, he said that the government will expose those benefitting from Broadsheet. "The committee will review the agreement with Broadsheet from 2002 to 2018," he added.

He termed the Broadsheet beneficiaries as NRO.

The meeting also discussed the foreign funding case and the PDM protest outside ECP on Tuesday.

The committee on Broadsheet will comprise of Minister for Planning Asad Umar, Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhary, Minister for Information Shibli Faraz and Adviser to Prime Minister on Accountability Shahzad Akbar.

The committee will present its proposals for the Broadsheet issue.
