PM Imran Khan inspects catering system, facilities at Islamabad shelter home

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan visited an upgraded model shelter home (Panagah) at Tarlai, Islamabad on Monday. During the visit, he inspected the catering system and accommodation facilities at the shelter home. Special Assistant on Poverty Alleviation Dr Sania Nishtar informed the prime minister about the administrative affairs of the shelter home. Speaking on the occasion, PM Imran Khan said that the nations are not identified by the living standard of the rich. He directed the staff to give respect to the people visiting the shelter home. He said that shelter homes will be monitored by installing CCTV cameras there. The prime minister said that he had resolved to give free treatment to the 70 percent poor people when he established Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital. He said that it is foremost priority of the government to respect the poor and care for their necessities. "The government is giving the health cards to the poor," he added.
