PM Imran Khan launches 'Roshan Apna Ghar' program for overseas Pakistanis

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan launched 'Roshan Apna Ghar' program for overseas Pakistanis to acquire property in Pakistan through their Roshan Digital Accounts.

Addressing the launching ceremony on Friday, he said that overseas Pakistanis are the biggest asset of the country.

The prime minister expressed expressed the resolve to convince 90 million oversseas Pakistanis to invest in Pakistan. "Overseas Pakistanis' assets abroad is equal to the total GDP of Pakistan," he maintained.

He said that they were making efforts to bring back the best professionals to Pakistan. "The biggest problem of the overseas Pakistanis is 'Qabza group' and the government is waging Jihad against the 'Qabza groups'," he said.

PM Imran Khan said that the Roshan Apna Ghar scheme will provide a guarantee to investors and will bring dollars to reduce current account deficit. "It will also help to have a sustainable growth in the country."
