ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan and ministers expressed their reservations about the petrol crisis during a meeting of the federal cabinet on Tuesday. Special Assistant to Prime Minister Nadeem Babar failed in removing the reservations. He said that people had stored petrol in their houses or illegal pumps. However, the cabinet members rejected Nadeem Babar’s stance in this regard. They said that petrol shortage on a large scale cannot be done at small level. They added that the special assistant had narrated a new stance after he failed to end the crisis in three days. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed the authorities concerned to prepare an action plan for the restoration of the international flights. The prime minister said that the government would not leave overseas Pakistanis alone. Sources said that it has been decided to restore the flight for the Arab countries initially. During the meeting, the prime minister also directed to implement the SOPs. He also took notice about the coronavirus medicines and sought a report from DRAP.
