PM Imran Khan once again stops ministers from issuing statements over banned TLP issue
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has once again stopped the ministers from issuing statements over the issue of the banned Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan (TLP).
During a meeting of the federal cabinet on Tuesday, he urged the ministers to avoid unnecessary statements. "Internal and external enemies of the country get benefit from irresponsible statements," he added.
The prime minister asked the ministers to display unity and courageousness. "It is not easy to introduce reforms. We will jointly face the difficulties," he added.
The ministers also discussed the hearing in the Election Commission of Pakistan. He directed the ministers to go with Fawad Chaudhary and Azam Swati in the ECP on the next hearing.
The federal cabinet reviewed the economic and political situation in the country.
