PM Imran Khan reviews progress on Ravi River project

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan presided over a meeting of the Ravi Urban Development Authority on Wednesday.

Addressing the meeting, he said that the government was making the dysfunctional assets usable for investment. "It is unjustified to criticize the projects and create hurdles in them," he added.

He directed the authorities concerned to use environment-friendly material in the projects.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Imran Khan presided over a meeting on the situation in Afghanistan. Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed, Adivser to Prime Minister on Finance Shaukat Tarin, federal ministers and high-level military officers were also present.

The meeting also discussed the law and order as well border management and other issues.
