PM Imran Khan says no tax amnesty scheme afterwards

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that there will be no amnesty scheme afterwards. In an interview on Monday, he asked the people to get themselves registered before June 30 and pay the money in installments. The prime minister said that the government is reducing its expenditures. “We will introduce reforms in the FBR.” He said that several nations were destroyed after being stuck in the quagmire of debts. “Corruption is rife in the country. It is up to you whether you adopt the path of corruption or change yourself,” he said. Prime Minister Imran Khan said that they would create a special section in the citizen portal and spend the tax on the masses. “Previously there was no law with regard to ‘benami’ accounts and money laundering amounts was sent abroad through ‘Hundi’,” he said. H said that he would discuss transit trade with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani during his visit on June 27.
