ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to extend the federal cabinet after the presidential elections. Sources revealed that 8-10 ministers will take oath in the second phase. They added that the Senate will also be given representation in the federal cabinet. They said that Azam Swati is likely to get the portfolio of Federal Minister for Science and Technology, while Shehryar Afridi may be assigned the portfolio of State Minister for Interior. Ali Amin Gandapur, Ali Zaidi and Zar Taj Gul are also likely to be included in the cabinet. The new ministers will take oath after the presidential election. The prime minister, in the first phase, had constituted the cabinet comprising 15 federal ministers and five advisers.
