PM Imran Khan, Turkish minister agree to devise joint strategy against Islamophobia

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Turkish Minister for Religious Affairs Dr Ali Arbash called on Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday.

They agreed to promote Pak-Turk mutual cooperation and arrange exchange tours of Ulema from both countries. They also agreed to devise a joint strategy against Islamophobia.

Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Pakistan will establish an Imam and Khateeb School on the pattern of Turkey.

The Turkish minister lauded the PM's decision to establish the Rehmat-lil-Alameen Authority. "The formation of a balanced state for the education of the youth is the responsibility of both countries," he added.

He stressed the need for reviving the thought of Dr Allama Iqbal and Maulana Jalaluddin Rumi through Ulema.
