PM Imran Khan says allies are with them and going nowhere

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the allies are with them and they are going nowhere.

Addressing a meeting of the PTI Central Executive Committee on Monday, he said that they would counter the narrative of the opposition through performance. "The worried people have suddenly remembered to inquire after the health of Chaudhary Shujaat. We have a trust in the Chaudhary brothers," he declared.

Expressing indignation at a campaign comprising of personal attacks, the prime minister said that freedom to such extent will be dangerous. "We will have to discourage such trends in the society," he added.

He directed the party leaders to discuss the successes of dams, health cards, Ehsas and Kamyab Jawans. "The party leaders should highlight the welfare projects launched by the PTI government at the public level," he maintained.

During the meeting, the committee also discussed the local bodies elections and political strategy.
