ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Lashing out at PTI government over inflation, former governor Muhammad Zubair said that Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan should tell where is 40 billion rupees which was taken out from the poor’s pocket. Addressing a press conference, the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leader said that the incumbent government has been failed failing to curb inflation, poverty and corruption in Pakistan. “Khan Sahib created a crisis and made money. Tell us about 40 billion in the pocket of the poor went into the pocket,” he added. “PM says he knows who mafia is. in fact the real mafias are in right and left of him. It seems that may be wheat was not exported abroad,” he mentioned. Zubair said that entire cabinet including the prime minister are incapable to resolve national issues. “Corruption in flour and sugar crises costed Rs40 billion to the public,” he added. Criticizing the government over country’s economic situation, he said that masses are facing flour, sugar and tomato crises as inflation has reached its highest level in 12 years. He added that public is suffering from poverty, unemployment, corruption and inflation in ‘Naya Pakistan’.
