PM Nawaz chairs cabinet meeting today

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will today (Wednesday) chair a meeting of the federal cabinet to discuss key issues including the appointment of a new army chief. The top agenda of the meeting would be the Finance Ministry's summary regarding the approval of increase in basic pay of public officials and public representatives. The meeting is expected to approve amendments in Public Procurement Rules 2004 and visa policy for Afghan immigrants as well. PM Nawaz will inspect progress in economical development while ongoing political and security situation of the country would also be reviewed.
