ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that the Inquiry Commission has endorsed the stance of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and people’s mandate. Addressing the nation on Thursday evening, he said that the Inquiry Commission had given the final answers after thorough investigations. “Now decisions will be made in parliament, not on roads. We should start a new journey after forgetting what happened after the 2013 elections.” “The 2013 elections were held according to the law. We had assured that we will dissociate ourselves from the government if rigging proved and then we will go before the people,” said the prime minister. “Pakistan has entered a new era after the report.” He said that the problems were resolved in parliaments, not in sit-ins and on roads. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was of the view that the elected government had held itself accountable. “Political instability stops progress,” he said, adding that they had no time for meaningless stunts. He said that the journey of progress and prosperity has started in Pakistan. “Pakistan’s credibility in the world is strengthening. We are fast heading towards an end to terrorism. All civil forces and the administration are striving for the success of operation Zarb-e-Azb,” he maintained. He said that they were determined to establishing peace in the country. He asked all the provincial governments not to be negligent while helping the flood victims.
