PM Nawaz Sharif, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani discuss gas pipeline project

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Iranian President Dr Hassan Rouhani held a one-on-one meeting on Thursday. They discussed the Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline project and bilateral relations. They also talked about the Saudi Arabia-Iran dispute. The both leaders agreed to strive for peace in the region. After the meeting, both countries held delegation-level talks. Both countries signed agreements of cooperation in trade, health and other sectors. Pakistan and Iran also agreed to make crossing points at the bordering areas.
