PM Nawaz to be shifted to room from ICU today

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s condition is becoming stable after his open-heart surgery and he will be shifted to his room today (Thursday). The doctors have visited the prime minister and removed two drain tubes from his chest. He was also made to sit briefly. Earlier, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said that physicians are quite satisfied over Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's health. He said that Nawaz Sharif will return home in the light of his doctors advice. Ishaq Dar said that for the first time, the government is not going to review targets set for tax collection. Meanwhile, US ambassador to Pakistan Richard Olson telephoned Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and inquired about the health of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and congratulated on his successful surgery.
