PM Nawaz undergoes medical checkup in London

LONDON (92 News) – Following the successful open heart surgery in London, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has undergone first medical checkup at Harley Street Clinic in London on Monday. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif visited Harley Street Clinic in London for the first time after his successful surgery. The doctors expressed satisfaction with his speedily improving health but instructed him not to travel. The prime minister will have to undergo medical checkup again after a week, while the doctors are likely to advise the prime minister on whether he should travel or not during his next medical check-up. Nawaz Sharif walked outside his residence in London on Sunday along with his wife Kalsoom Nawaz and son Hussain Nawaz. On the other hand, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rashid, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Tariq Fatemi, Principal Secretary to Prime Minister Fawad Hassan Fawad met the prime minister and inquired about his health. On the occasion, matters pertaining to Parliamentary Committee on Terms of Reference (ToRs), federal budget and Torkham border issue came under discussion.
