PM represented feelings of 200mln people in his speech: Shiekh Rasheed
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed said that Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan represented the feeling of 200 million people of Pakistan in his speech.
Responding the baseless allegations leveled by India against Pakistan, following the Pulwama attack in Occupied Kashmir, the minister lauded the prime minister’s speech earlier in the day.
In his video message, Sheikh Rasheed termed it as a loud and clear message to India, adding that PM represented the feelings of the nation in his speech. He maintained Pakistan is against terrorism in every form and has been fighting against it from last 15 years.
On the other hand, Federal Minister for Water Resources Faisal Vawda said Pakistan reserves the right to respond against any misadventure from the Indian side. He said India should come forward with the concrete steps rather than adopting its traditional behaviour of raising baseless allegations.
“Pakistan is a peace loving country, but reserves the right to retaliate, if India attacks,” the minister said.
Taking on the Twitter, the minister wrote in his message, “Pakistan reserves the right of retaliating if India still doesn’t realise and tries to carry out another drama like the previous so called surgical strike.”

Pakistan to retaliate if attacked from Indian side: PM
Earlier today, Prime Minister Imran Khan warned on Tuesday that Pakistan will retaliate with full force without thinking if it was attacked by Indian sides.
Addressing to nation – giving Pakistan’s Policy statement on Pulwama – Imran Khan responded sternly to India’s blame game against Pakistan. “Pakistan will not think about retaliating if it comes under attack, Pakistan will most definitely retaliate,” the premier made it clear.
PM Imran Khan asked why Pakistan need to carry out any terror attack? “Why will Pakistan engage in terrorism? What purpose will this serve? What advantage does it have for us? Pakistan has suffered the most in the war against terror,” he mentioned.
He also said that it is in Pakistan’s interest not to have terrorists on its soil, adding that his government will cooperate if India gives evidence, actionable intelligence on Pulwama.
