August 22, 2019
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Responding to the Indian aggression in Occupied Kashmir, Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on Wednesday said that he would no longer seek dialogue with Indian officials and raising the threat of a military escalation between the nuclear-armed neighbors. In an interview with New York Times at the PM’s office in Islamabad, the prime minister said, “There is no point in talking to them. I mean, I have done all the talking. Unfortunately, now when I look back, all the overtures that I was making for peace and dialogue, I think they took it for appeasement.” “There is nothing more that we can do,” Imran Khan said. He has repeatedly condemned India’s Hindu nationalist government for terminating the autonomy of the India-held Jammu Kashmir (IHK) in an abrupt move more than two weeks ago. India deployed thousands of troops to quell any possible unrest and severed nearly all communications in the poor Himalayan region, the flash point for two wars between Pakistan and India. PM demands UN peacekeepers allowed in IoK The premier demanded that the UN peacekeepers and observers be allowed in IoK where India intends to carry out genocide of Muslim population. He said the lives of eight million people are at risk in the occupied valley. “We are all worried that there is ethnic cleansing and genocide about to happen,” he added. Imran Khan also expressed his concerns that India might undertake a deceptive false flag operation in Kashmir to try to justify military action against Pakistan. He said Pakistan would be forced to respond.
Hindutva creed of Modi govt fail to smother Kashmiri liberation struggle
Earlier, PM Imran Khan said that the Hindutva exclusivist creed of the Modi led government with its fascist tactics will miserably fail in its attempt to smother the Kashmiri liberation struggle in IoK. Responding to the Indian brutalities in Occupied valley, the prime minister took his twitter and said, “the fascist Hindu Supremacist Modi government should know that while armies, militants and terrorists can be defeated by superior forces.” “History tells us that when a nation unites in a freedom struggle and does not fear death, no force can stop it from achieving its goal,” he tweeted. “That is why the Hindutva exclusivist creed of the Modi-led Govt with its fascist tactics in IOK will fail miserably in its attempt to smother the Kashmiri liberation struggle,” Imran Khan said in another tweet.
