PM Shahid Abbasi calls on King Salman bin Abdul Aziz during one-day visit

RIYADH (92 News) – Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi called on King Salman bin Abdul Aziz, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, during his one-day visit to Saudi Arabia on Monday. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and regional and international affairs. King Salman also hosted lunch in honour of the Pakistani delegation. King Salman lauded the Pakistan role in eliminating terrorism. The prime minister acknowledged the efforts of the Saudi government for peace in the region. The PM also held a meeting with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. He assured Saudi Arabia of all-out cooperation for peace in the region. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said that the countries forming the alliance against terrorism will benefit from the experience of Pakistan in the fight against terrorism. Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa and DG ISI Naveed Mukhtar also accompanied him. Earlier on their arrival, Riyadh Governor Prince Faisal Bib Bandar Al-Saud received the dignitaries.
