PM Shehbaz reaches Belarus on two-day official visit
MINSK (92 News) Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif landed in Minsk on a two-day official visit to Belarus.
Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin, along with officials from the Pakistani Embassy in Belarus, welcomed the prime minister at Minsk International Airport.
Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Fatemi accompanied the prime minister.
During his visit, the prime minister will hold talks with Belarusian President Lukashenko to review progress in areas of mutual interest.
The two sides are also expected to sign several agreements to further strengthen cooperation.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s visit underscores the strong and ongoing partnership between Pakistan and Belarus.
