PM Shehbaz Sharif expresses indignation at long power shutdown

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed indignation at ongoing long shutdown in the country.

He also reprimanded the officers for giving him the wrong briefing. "Over 10-hour shutdown is being observed across the country. Your claim of only two-hour shutdown is false. There will be no compromise on the problem of the people," he maintained.

PM Shehbaz Sharif said that there will not be loadshedding of more than twwo hours.

On the other hand, the prime minister has called a meeting to prepare an Austerity Policy. During the meeting, different proposals, including reducing the quota by 40 percent, at the official level will be discussed.
