PM Shehbaz Sharif lauds efforts of institutions for controlling Cholera epidemic in Dera Bugti

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has lauded the efforts of federal and provincial institutions for controlling Cholera epidemic in Dera Bugti.

While talking to Minister for Anti-Narcotics, Nawabzada Shahzain Bugti, prime minister said that the government is cognizant of the deprivation of the people of Balochistan and taking practical steps on priority basis to remove them.

He directed to ensure provision of clean drinking water to the local people and evolve a comprehensive strategy for prevention of any such incident in future.

During the meeting, the Minister apprised the prime Minister about the details of operations to control Cholera epidemic in Pir Koh area of Dera Bugti and appreciated the Prime Minister's interest in the issue and extending immediate assistance to the victims of this epidemic.
