PM Shehbaz Sharif reaches UAE after completing Saudi Arabia tour

JEDDAH (92 News) - Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday reached the United Arab Emirates (UAE) after completing his tour to Saudi Arabia.

Earlier, the prime minister along with the delegation performed Umrah. The doors of Khana Ka'aba were opened for the Pakistan delegation.

On Friday, Prime Minister Imran Khan had held a meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.

Meanwhile, OIC Secretary General Hissein Brahim Taha called on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif in Makkah-tul-Mukarrama on Saturday.

The prime minister affirmed his government’s commitment to promoting the interests of Muslim Ummah as a corner-stone of Pakistan’s foreign policy.

The prime minister thanked the Secretary General for OIC’s consistent and unequivocal support to the Kashmir cause.

He urged the Organization to lead the diplomatic endeavors towards facilitating a peaceful and lasting solution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in accordance with the UN Security Council Resolutions and aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
