PM Shehbaz Sharif unfurled the flag at main ceremony in Islamabad on Independence Day

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Pakistan's 75th Independence Day, the main ceremony was held at Jinnah Convention Center Islamabad, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif unfurled the flag.

Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani along with members of the federal cabinet also participated in the main event.

On this occasion, PM Shehbaz Sharif said, Happy Independence Day to Pakistanis living all over the world, May Allah grant freedom to Kashmiris and Palestinians as soon as possible.

The Prime Minister said if we can become a nuclear power, we can also become an economic power but we have to strive day and night.

Shehbaz Sharif urged the nation to work for the development of country by following golden principles of faith, unity and discipline set by founder of the Pakistan Quaid-i-Azam.

The Prime Minister while terming youth as priority said the government will provide all possible opportunities to them as country's future belongs to youth.
