PM Shehbaz Sharif visits flood-affected areas of Rojhan, Lasbella & DG Khan

DERA GHAZI KHAN (92 News) - Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the flood-affected areas of Rojhan, Lasbella and DG Khan on Friday.

He also took an aerial view of the areas badly affected by floods.

Addressing the flood affectees, PM Shehbaz Sharif said that all institutions are jointly working for the restoration of the flood affectees.

He announced that the federal government would give Rs one million to the relatives of each deceased and Rs250,000 to each injured. "The right of each deserving person will reach at his doorstep," he added.

The prime minister said that he wished to go to any extent to help the flood affectees. "A compensation of Rs500,000 will be given to the owner of each destroyed house while the owner of each partially damaged house will get Rs250,000," he added.
