ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Commenting on the ordinance regarding appeal of Indian RAW spy Kulbhushan Jadhav to the International Court of Justice, PML-N stalwart Khawaja Asif said that Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan should tell why Pakistan’s dignity is being traded now. Addressing the lower house, Khawaja Asif said his party was criticized in the past due to the Indian spy, however, the incumbent government has made Kulbhushan Jadhav its blue-eyed and is also opening trade with India. “Kulbhushan Jadhav is Pakistan’s enemy and has confessed to his crimes. This ordinance is not acceptable. The government is taking international pressure,” Khawaja Asif mentioned, asking that PM Khan should tell why Pakistan’s dignity is being compromised? Who is Modi’s friend now? Responding to Khawaja Asif, Minister for Human Rights Dr Shireen Mazari said the previous government decided to go to the ICJ. “PML-N wrote a letter to the ICJ and created this problem for us,” she stressed. Shireen Mazari also said that the PTI (when in opposition) had taken a stance against accepting the jurisdiction of the ICJ in the case.
