PM violated election rules by declaring Gilgit-Baltistan province: Sanaullah

LAHORE (92 News) - Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) senior leader said that Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan violated the election rules after declaring Gilgit-Baltistan province.

Talking to the journalists, the PML-N leader said that the government is propagandizing on the statement of Ayaz Sadiq. "Banners against Ayaz Sadiq were hoisted on government patronage. The government is giving explanations on the statement of Fawad Chaudhry and is propagating on the statement of Ayaz Sadiq," he added.

Rana Sanaullah said that Imran Khan violated election rules by declaring Gilgit-Baltistan province. "The prime minister and his cabinet want a confrontation between the opposition and the institutions. If there is a conflict, anarchy will spread inside the country," he said.

He also maintained that there was no division within the party. "Nawaz Sharif's narrative is the opinion of the party. Nawaz Sharif talks about transparent elections. Everyone in parliament should sit at the negotiating table. Nawaz Sharif has no problem with any institution or personality. Their problem is with the role that changes the vote and raised slogans of South Punjab," he said.

Rana Sanaullah further said that what Nawaz Sharif raised the voice of common men and the country must be run on behalf of votes. "It is our good intention to send home an incompetent government. We are proposing a dialogue because we do not want a confrontation. The government is blackmailing the media and the opposition."
