PM will not resign at behest of anyone, says Punjab governor

NANKANA (92 News) - Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will not resign at behest of anyone.

The Punjab governor said while speaking to the journalists at Nankana Sahib.

Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Usman Buzdar said that the opposition does not have the courage to resign and long march. "The politics of anarchy was completely rejected by the people," he added.

Usman Buzdar said that the elements who were trying to spread unrest in Pakistan have been exposed. In a statement, Usman Buzdar said that every attempt to stop development of the country will fail as public has rejected politics of anarchy and chaos.

Lashing out at PDM, the chief minister mentioned that the opposition parties do not have courage to resign from assemblies or conduct a long march. "People have given mandate to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government for five years," he added.

He further reiterated that the PTI led government will complete its term and government will respond to negative politics of opposition with service of people.

On the other hand, CM's Special Assistant on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the PPP dodged PML-N. The 'group of princesses' (Rajkumari) is crashing in the dark but our front men are only the people.
