PML-N announces to move court against early Senate election
LAHORE (92 News) – The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has announced to move court against the conduct of early elections in the Senate.
Talking to the media on Friday, PML-N president Rana Sanaullah said termed the statement of Mian Javed Latif as cheap popularity stunt.
He said that the conduct of Senate elections before February 11 would be unconstitutional. "We do not expect any unconstitutional step from the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP)," he said.
The PML-N leader said that friends like Mian Javed Latif give such statements to seek attention. "However, the decision about moving court will be made by the joint opposition," he added.
