PML-N asks PM to visit entire Punjab instead of only Lahore

LAHORE (92 News) – Strongly criticizing visit of Prime Minister Imran Khan, Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb asked the prime minister to visit entire Punjab instead of only Lahore. In a statement, the PML-N spokesperson said that the doctors, teachers among all the Punjab on strike so the premier should meet with them and listen the problems of the people. She also informed the premier that all the people including farmers, doctors and teachers are protesting against the policies of PTI as they are not getting the promised relief. Marriyum Aurangzeb asked PM Khan to arrive in Lahore after opening the Lahore to Multan and Multan to Sukkur motorway. She also asked him to inaugurate the Orange Line Train that was constructed by PML-N president and former Punjab chief minister Shehbaz Sharif. The PML-N spokesperson further asked Imran Khan should issue the Sehat Card in Punjab and then come into Lahore for cleaning garbage in Lahore. On the other hand, PM Imran Khan laid foundation stone of Baba Guru Nanak University in Nankana Sahib. PM Imran Khan had left for Nankana Sahib from Allama Iqbal International Airport after reaching Lahore where he was received by Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar and Chief Minister (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar. During his visit to Nankana Sahib, the Prime Minister Imran Khan will preside over meetings on health reforms, Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme and law and order situation. Arriving back in Lahore, PM Imran will be briefed on the latest health condition of former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif and MIT Act. The prime minister will visit one-day official trip to Lahore. During his visit, he will meet with Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar and Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar.
