LAHORE (92 News) – PML-N has decided to challenge Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) in Islamabad High Court (IHC).

According to a report, Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar and PML-N leader Marriyum Aurengzeb will file petition against PECA ordinance.

PML-N leaders called this ordinace against freedom of expression and basic human rights.

PML-N leaders have sought help from Attorney General Khalid Javed Khan.

On the other hand, PPP leader Aitzaz Ahsan said that political parties are not each other in Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) with their true heart. “My suggestion is that they should not be trusted. PECA amended ordinance 2022 is correct to some extent,” he added.

He said that PML-N leader Mariyum Nawaz contains fake news the most in Lahore. “If Mariyum Nawaz had videos of judge then why she had not presented in the court? All these are fake news which Mariyum Nawaz spreads,” he maintained.

Aitzaz Ahsan said that current government can not bring PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif back. “Medical reports of Nawaz Sharif were fake, those were made in laboratory,” he concluded.
