PML N delegation offers Farooq Sattar to join N league

KARACHI (92 News) – Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) delegation met former MQM leader Dr Farooq Sattar at his residence and offered him to join the N league. The delegation was led by former premier Shahid Khaqan Abbasi along with Ahsan Iqbal, former Sindh governor Muhammad Zubair and Miftah Ismail. During the meeting, Khaqan Abbasi offered Dr Farooq Sattar to join the PMLN party. He said that Dr Farroq Sattar keeps good reputation in politics. Marryium Aurengzaib also accompanied the delegation. Speaking to the journalists after the meeting, Khaqan Abbasi said a new political contract should be done followed by free and fair elections to solve the national issues. He maintained that dialogues are not being held among political parties for the first time and the incumbent government is responsible for that. “Pakistan will not make progress without Karachi which is its heart. PML-N started development projects in the metropolis during its tenure. We do not crave power; we only highlight issues of common people,” he said. On the occasion talking to the journalists, Dr Farooq Sattar said that we have been working for 30 years together. “We have good relationship with each other,” he added. He termed that that this is the high time to be on page to resolve the economic crisis.
