LAHORE (92 News) – A three-member delegation of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) on Sunday will hold meeting with Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Fazlur Rehman to discuss strategy on Azadi March. The delegation comprising Ahsan Iqbal, Marriyum Aurangzeb and Amir Muqam will meet maulana Fazlur Rehman in the light of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s letter having suggestions for the anti-government protests roadmap. In the light of Nawaz Sharif’s letter, the PML-N delegation will apprise the JUI-F chief regarding policy of participation in the Azadi March. Maulana Fazlur Rehman will also serve dinner in honor of the delegation and the delegation will be honored with salted Tikka and Dumba Karahi in Peshawar. During the meeting, PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif read out the letter sent to him by part Quaid Shehbaz Sharif. Sources in the PML-N disclosed that owing to Shehbaz Sharif’s backache, Ahsan Iqbal and other senior leaders will attend Azadi March. However, Shehbaz Sharif will lead a rally in Lahore. Talking to the media after the meeting, Ahsan Iqbal said that a PML-N delegation would meet Maulana Fazalur Rahman. “The economy is destroying, while crimes are on the rise. We laid the foundation of a progressing Pakistan during five years,” he said. He said that Nawaz Sharif has described the roadmap for the party in the letter. “The letter was endorsed in the meeting. The entire country is suffering from dengue fever. We are isolating in diplomacy. Baseless news are being aired on the media,” he said. The PML-N leader said that Shehbaz Sharif is the president of the PML-N and will continue as president. “There is no division in the PML-N. The country is facing difficulties, but the prime minister is on foreign tours,” he said. He said that the opposition parties are supporting Azadi March.
