LAHORE (92 News) – The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has hinted at launching a ‘Punjab Bachao’ movement. Addressing a press conference on Saturday, PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal said that an effort is being made to make Punjab the most backward province. “Imran Niazi will have to answer to the destruction of Punjab. The economy and country’s system will collapse if Punjab collapses,” he said. The PML-N leader said that the PML-N was deprived of its mandate. “After looting the PML-N mandate, the PTI should have strengthened the institutions, but it pushed them 50 years back,” he added. He said that the PML-N is national party and believes in the Federation. “The government should decide the National Health Charter in consultation with health experts to improve the health sector,” he added. Khawaja Salman Rafique said that the PML-N is passing through a tough time, but standing by it manifesto.
