ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal has said that no one had blackmailed the government over the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) law. Talking to the media on Friday, he said that the government's theft in the name of FATF. "The government could not defend the law which was going to be passed," he maintained. The PML-N leader said that each law is formulated keeping in view PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif and former finance minister Ishaq Dar. "After the law, anyone could demand custody of our atomic scientists after registering fake cases against them," he added. He said that the government was depriving the masses of their basic rights under the cover of FATF. "Courts have endorsed the PML-N stance over the NAB law," he added. Ahsan Iqbal claimed that the PML-N had completed the development projects worth Rs 5.3 trillion. "We will not give up our principled struggle," he added. He said that the opposition will not tolerate the government's malicious campaign. " The PML-N leader said that the country's defence is at risk due to Prime Minister Imran Khan. "Imran Khan has snatched the nation's right to live," he added.
