LAHORE (92 News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Tuesday has summoned Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leader Javed Latif in assets beyond income case. According to the details, the bureau directed Javed Latif to bring all the details of her mother’s assets. However, Javed Latif asked time to gather all the record. Sources say the PML-N leader’s mother owned properties worth billions of rupees. They said that she had declared over Rs100 million worth of assets before the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The PML-N leader has said that NAB has sought details of her mother’s assets since she was born. He, however, said that they would submit all details to the accountability watchdog. Earlier, the NAB summoned Javed Latif in the inquiry into assets beyond income case on January 1. He has been again summoned for providing incomplete record. The NAB has also summoned Mian Anwar Latif, Mian Munawar Latif and Mian Amjad Latif, Mian Akhtar Latif, Javed Latif’s son Ahsan Latif and mother Walayat Latif. All the seven people were summoned twice on December 12 and 18. On December 23, Latif had appeared with his counsel. He had submitted the reply from him and his family. The combined investigation team (CIT) had asked Latif with other documents with him. Mian Javed Latif and his family have been given the assets form and asked to appear after filling up it on January 1.
