We have confidence in SC, not JIT: Mushadullah

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Senator Mushadullah has said that they have confidence in the Supreme Court, not the joint investigation team.

Talking to the media on Wednesday, he said that Musharraf was a dictator and courts were not free in his tenure. “For this reason, the matters were not disclosed. Today it is not so,” he said.

PML-N leader Talal Chaudhry has on Wednesday said that the performance of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) is one picture.

He said that the JIT could even protect the picture leaked from under the chair.

Parliamentary Secretary for Information Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha, MNA Daniyal Aziz, Talal Chaudhry and Maiza Hameed said that unfortunately a media trial has been launched to malign Prime Minister and his family.

They said that an application has been submitted in the Supreme Court seeking investigation into the release of Hussain Nawaz's photograph to Media.

PML-N leader Daniyal Aziz said PTI Chairman will have to explain about his wrong doings and he cannot hide himself, adding that Imran Khan is a proclaimed offender.

Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha said PTI Chairman has been making false statements consistently and now his lies have exposed.

He said PML N believes in rule of law and expects justice from the courts.

Maiza Hameed said PTI Chairman does not appear before the court while Prime Minister and his family have submitted themselves before the courts.
