PML-N leaders move IHC for protective bail in the Punjab Assembly rioting case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders have moved Islamabad High Court (IHC) to seek protective bail.

As per details, the PML-N leaders, including Attaullah Tarar, Awais Leghari, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Aadil Chattha, Shoaib Barth, Malik Ghulam Habib, Rana Mashhood, Sardar Awais, Mirza Javed, Saif ul Malook, Peer Khizer Hayat, Raja Sagheer, Abdul Rauf, Bilal Farooq and Rana Manan have approached the Islamabad High Court for protective bail. They have prayed the court to bar Punjab police from arresting them in the Punjab Assembly rioting case.

The case of the riot is registered at Police Station Qila Gujjar Singh.

Talking to media after submitting the petition, Attaullah Tarar said that false cases have been filed against us to take revenge for the Shahbaz Gill case.

Rana Mashhood said that baseless cases were made against us. “We will work for the development of Pakistan and the development of Punjab.”
