PML-N leaders say won't be intimidated by govt's cheap tactics
LAHORE (92 News) – PML-N leaders, including Muhammad Zubair and Attaullah Tarar, visited the Shahdra police station and held a meeting with the SHO regarding the treason case against them.
Talking to the media after meeting the SHO, they said that the PML-N leadership would not be intimidated by the cheap tactics of the government.
Muhammad Zubair said that he had served as Sindh governor. "The case has been registered against a three-star general, a former prime minister and three-time prime minister. This case, which attacked the patriotism of the high-profile personalities, cannot be registered without the order of the government," he added.
He said that the PML-N strongly condemns the case against the leadership.
The SHO told the PML-N leaders that they had registered the case after getting an application. "The police will investigate the case on merit," he added.
