PML-N members lied about court verdict regarding Shehbaz Sharif: Shahbaz Gill

LAHORE (92 News) - Prime Minister's Special Assistant on Political Communication Dr Shahbaz Gill has said that the PML-N members lied about court verdict regarding Shehbaz Sharif's bail.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad on Sunday, the special assistant said that PML-N spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb’s concerns about the decision of granting bail to Shahbaz Sharif is aimed to give impression about the change in the decision. "These people are crying when Shehbaz Sharif is not granted bail," he added.

Shahbaz Gill also said that the government respects the courts with honoring its decisions. "Shehbaz Sharif has MBBS looting degree. In 1990, his assets were only worth of Rs 2.1 million and in 2018, it increased to Rs 7.32 billion," he mentioned.

The special assistant further said that a heavy amount was transferred in the account of Hamza Shahbaz through 23 TTs and an amount of 1.5 billion rupees was transferred in the account of Salman Shahbaz through same way. "There were serious cases against Shahbaz Sharif with solid evidence," he maintained.
