KASUR (92 News) – PML-N MNA Sheikh Waseem has been accused of occupying land allocated for a mosque. According to an agreement, Abdur Razzaq had purchased from Muhammad Shahid, son of Riaz Ahmed, for the construction of the mosque in 2015. According to the FIR registered by Abdur Razzaq, the squatters surfaced and constructed a boundary wall around the 18-Marla plot. The boundary wall was constructed with the material bought for the construction of the mosque. When contacted, MNA Sheikh Waseem denied the charges and said that he would quit politics if the allegation proved against him.
