PML-N MPA Shaukat Cheema dies of coronavirus in Lahore

LAHORE (92 News) – PML-N MPA Shaukat Manzoor Cheema died of coronavirus at at Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute (PKLI) on Wednesday. Shaukat Cheema, 66, has been under treatment since May 25. He was elected MPA from Gujranwala. PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif has expressed grief and sorrow over the sad demise of MPA Shaukat Cheema. He said that Shaukat Cheema was a precious asset and his services for the party are unforgettable. “I am very sad at the death of my old friend,” he said. He prayed may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss. Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar expressed grief over the death of Shaukat Manzoor Cheema. He shared his sympathies with the bereaved family.
