PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif's nomination papers approved from Lahore's NA-130

LAHORE (92 News) - The returning officer approved the nomination papers of PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif from Lahore's NA-130 on Tuesday.

Talking to the media, PML-N leader Bilal Yasin said that the retuning officer had not objected to the nomination papers of Nawaz Sharif.

On the other hand, scrutiny of PML-N convener Maryam Nawaz's nomination papers for PP-165 was completed, while the nomination of Marriyum Aurangzeb for reserved seats was also approved.

Meanwhile, the nomination papers of Sikandar Hayat Bosan, Sardar Latif Khosa and Liaquat Baloch have been approved for NA-148, NA-127 and NA-128 respectively.

Sheikh Rashid Shafique's nomination papers were approved from PP-19 Rawalpindi. The returning officer has summoned Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani, Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Javed Hashmi for the scrutiny of their nomination papers on December 30.
