ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Special Assistant on Political Affairs Naeemul Haque has rejected the rumours about reshuffling in the federal cabinet. In a tweet, the special assistant said a list of cabinet changes being circulated on the social media is totally false. He also informed that he has held a meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan and can confirm that there is no truth in the list circulated on the social media. The special assistant said our adversaries continue to indulge in fake messages to create divisions in the party. But this is not going to happen. “After meeting the PM just now I can confirm that a list of cabinet changes being circulated on SM is totally false and there is no truth in it. Our adversaries continue to indulge in fake messages to create divisions in the party. But that is not going to happen,” Naeemul Haque tweeted.

PM hints at major reshuffle in cabinet

Earlier, PM Imran Khan hinted at major reshuffle in the federal cabinet after some leaders complained about inefficiency and absence of ministers from the National Assembly. During a meeting of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) parliamentary party, complained about ‘non-cooperation’ of some ministers in addressing people’s grievances. The meeting, co-chaired by the prime minister and Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi at the Parliament House, also discussed Khan’s recent visit to the US and address at the UN General Assembly (UNGA) where he successfully raised the issue of India-held Jammu and Kashmir.
