Police arrest PTI's MPA Nazir Chohan

LAHORE (92 News) – Police have arrested Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MPA Nazir Chohan on Tuesday.

According to the reports, Nazir Chohan was taken into custody near LDA Plaza by the police.

It is pertinent to mention here that a case was filed against on the compaint of PM's Adviser on Accountability Shahzad Akbar in the Civil Line Police Station. The complaint maintained that the accused was leveled baseless allegations against Shahzad Akbar in a TV program.

The case was filed against Nazir Chohan under Sections 506, 258, 189 and 153.

It was also reported that the arrested MPA will be presented in FIA Cyber Crime office.
