Police fail to wipe out Chotu, Saltu gangs even after three days

SADIQABAD (92 News) – The police have failed to wipe out Chotu and Saltu gangs even after three days in Ghotki. The exchange of fire between the police and dacoits continued near Chowk Mahi, Sadiqabad. All the routes leading to Sindh and Katcha area have been sealed. A heavy contingent of police has been deployed around the houses of Dacoit Chotu Bhakrani and Khan Andhar clan. A pincer attack on the dacoits has been launched with armoured vehicles, rocket launchers and mortar shells. Houses adjacent to Chowk Mahi locality have been got vacated after making announcements on loudspeakers. Meanwhile, two policemen were injured when the dacoits attacked the armoured vehicle with a rocket launcher.
