Police given permission to arrest PSP leader Anees Qaimkhani

KARACHI (92 News) – An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has on Friday given police permission to arrest Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) leader Anees Qaimkhani in another case. The court gave the orders after another case registered against Anees Qaimkhani. The court permitted the Hyderabad police after it seek permission to arrest the PSP leader. Previously, Sindh High Court (SHC) had rejected the bail application of Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) leader Anees Qaimkhani in the Dr Asim Hussain case. The Sindh High Court (SHC) heard the bail application of Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) leader Anees Qaimkhani in a case relating to former federal minister Dr Asim Hussain for the provision of medical treatment and shelter to terrorists and criminals belonging to various banned outfits. The court rejected his bail plea.
