Police had come to attack Zaman Park, says Aitzaz Ahsan

LAHORE (92 News) - Senior lawyer Aitzaz Ahsan said that the police had come to attack Zaman Park and tear-gas spread across the locality.

Talking to the media on Saturday, he said that senior police officers should keep in their minds that it was a residential area. "The police also attacked my residence in Zaman Park. They broke my gate and made a picket there," he added.

He said that the matter could be resolved peacefully. "The PPP has a long struggle. Imran Khan has also a good team of lawyers. The chief justice should also take notice of the matter. We should think whether such action should be taken against a politician," he added.
