ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Police have on Monday apprehended at least 41 students of Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU) after they again tried to shut the varsity against the decision to raise the fees. As per details, the Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU) was expected to reopen today after 19 days but the deadlock between the administrations and protesting students remain. On Thursday, the university administration had issued a notification retracting from its earlier decision to make a 10 percent revision in the fees. The Balochi students had announced to shut the university after their demands were not met. The protesting students laid down in front of the university buses, after which the police took action and arrested them.
