Police raid PML-N leader Atta Tarar's house
LAHORE (92 News) - Police raided PML-N leader Atta’s house but he was not present at home.
As per details, the raid was carried out in the context of the events that took place on May 25. The police said that they have not arrested anyone from Tarar’s house. The police issued a notice to him to appear and join the investigation.
In his statement, Interior Minister Hashim Dogar said that the process of punishment has started in the context of the events that took place on May 25. “Notice has been served on Atta Tarar's house. He should appear because the law is waiting for him.”
While reacting to the police action, Attaullah Tarar said that the government is doing nothing but harassing passers-by by sending the police to his 15-year-old residence. “The government should not go so far in the anti-nationalism statements”.
